to BE or not to BE

( in a feldenkrais position of gently rotating the head and neck)

THIS IS THE MODERN DAY QUESTION:

as a woman, i am inspired to gain perspective on life through a simple barometer on my level of BEING here

in this world:

the most important thing one can do for herself, is to reclaim the capacity to just BE.

sounds simple right.  hey, let’s do nothing and just be.

well it’s not when our overactive-overanlytical-overjudging-overperfectionistic-overcompetivite- over-functioning

society asks us to DO DO DO and do it just right.

to BEGIN TO RECLAIM YOUR BEINGNESS, we also must allow ourselves to return into our vulnerability, our emotions, our inate intelligence and most importantly the space that opens up when our thoughts becomed still and we can BE IN OUR BODIES.

and suddenly resistance disolves and by some everyday miracle,

we OPEN UP TO WHAT IS GOD, WHAT IS GOOD INSIDE.

this is the SPACE       w         here self-oneness, acceptance, self-luv  and ultimate divine satisfaction comes pouring in…

simply be removing places of superflous tension, by finding my body as one singular whole perfect instrument of goodness;

i have just realized why i LUV doing and teaching feldenkrais.  it is a powerfull practise that has enabled me to enter

being in my body by utilizing mind/body connections that give me a sense of myself without all the clutter of thoughts.

it is an instrument to allow ourselv back into simply human BEING.

( being kinda sweaty on a hot day with amazing feldenkrais colleague and concert pianist marie on a day off of our feldenkrais  teacher training!)
